Padmesh is passionate about technology and how the organizations can benefit from technology innovation. Most recently he is at BlueCross Blue Shield, Aflac, JP Morgan Chase, Nielsen and Koch Industries as a Technology Manager and Architect providing team leadership and technology guidance to build modern data systems.  In his career spanning several years he worked in Information Technology for wide variety of industries including Insurance Banking and Finance, Manufacturing and Retail, Digital Media and Telecom.

He is an active member of American Mensa, Alumni of MIT Professional Education and enjoys playing tennis during his spare time.
