Chief Data Scientist for Lockheed Martin, RMS division developing Big Data analytics employing machine learning and associated elastic, streaming architectures.  Holds a BSEE from RPI, MBA from Loyola University, and MSIS from UMBC.  Holds three US Patents on distributed data processing and published two technical books; "Peer-to-Peer: Building Secure, Scalable, and Manageable Networks" and  "Semantic Web Programming".  Taught and presented throughout the world in both academic and commerical conferences.
