Don is presently the Sr. Product Line Marketing Manager for VMware's Cloud Infrasructure Business Group focused on Business Critical Applications. Don is a certified Oracle Master who began working with Oracle technology for 30 years. He is a frequent speaker at VMworld, EMCworld, VMUG and the Independent Oracle Users Group Collaborate conferences. Don co-Authored the oracle Certified Masters Practicum and was a Senior Principal Oracle University instructor for seven years . Don taught many Oracle internal classed in (Advanced Recovery, Space and Transaction Management, Optimizer Internals, Datatypes and Storage Internals). In addition Don also taught Backup and Recovery, Performance Tuning, OracleNet, RMAN, Partitioning, SQL Tuning, and OPS/RAC.
