Tom and his teams have been building databases and database intensive applications for security sensitive government and industry clients for over thirty years. He has been the lead technologist at both consulting and software development companies for the past twenty-five of those years. As part of the EC Wise senior team, he leads the company's secure development and secure database implementation practices, which have built products and services for leading business services providers to the health care and banking industries as well as for casinos and other regulated industries. Over the years, Tom has made presentations at many technical conferences and written for a variety of industry publications.
