HOSTING, a provider of managed cloud services, is acquiring Stelligent Systems, LLC, a provider of DevOps automation and continuous delivery solutions within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) public cloud. HOSTING will integrate Stelligent capabilities into its managed and professional services platforms, broadening its solution scope to further support mid-sized and enterprise organizations developing and hosting applications on AWS. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Last February, Oracle introduced a new Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) Cloud Program to provide organizations with technical and go-to-market assistance. DH2i Company, a provider of Microsoft Windows Server application virtualization and management solutions, has announced the general availability of DxEnterprise version 16 (v16). Awareness of data security is running at a fever pitch at the highest levels of government and business organizations. There have been plenty of technology advances, and awareness has grown. Still, the wave of breaches and threats never seems to abate, and likely never will.
