According to a new report from ResearchAndMarkets.com, the global mainframe market size was valued at $2,094.12 million in 2017, and is projected to reach $2,906.61 million by 2025, registering a CAGR of 4.3% from 2018 to 2025. The global mainframe industry was led by the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) industry in 2017 and is projected to maintain its dominance during the forecast period. However, the retail segment is expected to witness the highest growth rate.
