Seema is currently a technical architect with the MySQL HeatWave team. She has over 20 years of experience building databases and distributed systems. Prior to joining the HeatWave team, she was a part of the Oracle database server team. Her interests lie in several aspects of database development, including but not limited to, query optimization, indexing, semantic and graph processing, performance, lakehouses, and autonomous databases.
